Mo'DANG and Subbacultcha (Culture #2)...

Our latest beers are now hitting the shelves of some of our favourite stockists. We have Mo'DANG, a re-brew of one of our very first beers - DANG, a lime pickle IPA. As much as we loved the original version, we thought it didn't slap you around the chops quite hard enough, so this time we went large on the limes and chilli! It definitely has a bit of a kick! Our next beer is the latest in our wild fermented series - Subbacultcha. For this interation we went for a 100% Brettanomyces Bruxellensis hoppy pale. It has a sharp edge and some slight funk, backed up by Simcoe and US Cascade, perfect for the warmer days.
