Subbacultcha (#3) and Das Hopf...

Our latest bottled beer are now hitting shelves!

Subbacultcha (Culture #3) - 5% New England Wine PA
For this version of Subbacultcha we fermented using an ale yeast blended with a yeast generally reserved for producing dessert wines, in the hope it would produce the fruity compounds sought after in a New England IPA. The end result is bang on style - hazy, fruity and packed full of citrus aroma!

Das Hopf - 5.3% Hopfenweisse
Das Hopf is Deutsche to its very core. Brewed using malt from the motherland, fermented using a traditional Weissbier yeast and then heavily dry-hopped with Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops. The mix of banana esters and fruity hops make for a Hopfenweisse ├╝ber alles.
