Subbacultcha, Bug Powder Dust, User Friendly...

After a few months of hiberation over the winter period we return to the shelves with a trio of new beers:

- Subbacultcha (#4 - Mocha Peanut Sour Brown Ale) - 5.4% Sour
Not wanting to do things by the norm, we took the base recipe of our Insanity Stout and inoculated it with Lacto. After a few months of souring we added El Limon coffee from Hasbean. With tasting notes of ‘lemon, lime, blood orange and milk chocolate’, it was a perfect match! The roast coffee, chocolate and citrus notes are accentuated by the lip smacking sour backbone.

- Bug Power Dust - Ekuanot - 5.4% Cryo Hop IP
As a change from our usual mono hopped beers, we’ve decided to have a play around with cryo hops, which are designed to increase hop flavour and aroma. For our first version we’ve gone with Ekuanot, a fairly new breed that has become a fan favourite with it’s punchy grapefruit citrus notes.

- User Friendly - 5.4% IPA
Originally brewed as our maiden keg beer, we return to User Friendly for this bottled release. This is nothing but a straight up easy drinking IPA heavily dry hopped with Vic Secret, Columbus, Ekuanot and Chinook.

You can find all, or some, of these at Fiveclouds Tap and Bottle (Macclesfield), Vinehop (Poynton) and Spout/The Bottle Lab (Leek).
