Great Shakes 2

Our latest bottled beers are now available in the wild, check 'em out:

- Great Shakes - Not Brett White IPA 4.9%
Great Shakes is brewed with a yeast originally thought to be a strain of Brett, it was later tested and found to be from the same family as typical brewing yeast. The yeast produces fruity tropical esters, which we’ve ran with, dry hopping it with Motueka and Vic Secret, giving it an antipodean slant.

- Das Hopf - Hopfenweisse 4.6%
Das Hopf is Deutsche to its very core. Brewed using malt from the motherland, fermented using a traditional Weissbier yeast and then heavily dry-hopped with Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops. The mix of banana esters and fruity hops make for a Hopfenweisse uber alles.

Both of these beers can be purchased at Five Cloud's Tap and Bottle (Macclesfield), Vinehop (Poynton), Bargain Booze Davenport (Stockport) and Bargain Booze Thornton Square (Macclesfield).
